Refund Policy

For an item to be deemed returnable for a refund it must meet the following criteria:

  • Must have its original Shipping Label
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be in original packaging
  • Only regular priced items are eligible for refund/exchange/. Discounted or sale items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
  • Clearance Collection items are final sales.
  • For sanitary reasons, we can not accept returns on undergarments.
  • We are unable to issue refunds on items that are undelivered.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUND PROCESS

Our policy is to re-send orders that encountered logistics problems with shipping or customs delays. Once we have identified a shipping issue, we will quickly re-send your order. These orders are not eligible for a refund.

We adhere to a 30 day return policy.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@avascollection.com. We will require you order #. After we have verified your purchase, you may send the item back to us and we can get to work on your return. Please include your proof of purchase in the package so we can identify it once it arrives. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. There is also a restocking fee for the item. Restocking fee varies depending on the product. You will be informed as to how much in the email before we process your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This includes all products purchased with a discount code, are final sales and can't be refunded or exchanged. 

All products under clearance collection/ Flash Deals are Final Sales! These items can not canceled/ exchanged/ or returned. Please make sure to order correct sizes. 

Handmade Items ( if applicable)

All handmade orders in 'extra special gifts' collection are non refundable or qualify for an exchange unless it was defective, then please send us an email at support@avascollection.com


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@avascollection.com. Daily wear and tear on the item does not qualify for a return or exchange.

Please make sure you order proper ring size as to this does not qualify for an exchange.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
